This beautiful Home built by Amitran and designed by Studio PVD needed a complex Air-conditioning solution to fit and match in with the surrounding build. With no space available to put in vents we needed to get creative. A Daikin VRV system comprising of two ducted systems and a bulkhead unit was selected. In the Kitchen custom stair vents routed into the timber risers were used in conjunction with aluminium floor grilles throughout and a custom return grill was made to fit in with the surrounds. Upstairs a smaller Ducted system supplied the two bed rooms using lineal grills installed in the Joinery. A single bulkhead unit was installed to condition the rear annex all with only one outdoor unit conveniently placed out of sight high above the internal courtyard!
